Josh Ostrovsky was born on February 18, 1982 in New York. He is commonly referred to as The Fat Jew. He is well-known because of his funny Instagram pictures, memes and one-liners. He has over 10 million followers, but he is not only a comedian. Instead, the Fat Jew is also a writer, model, actor and an entrepreneur.
Josh Ostrovsky belonged to Team Facelift, a small group of three rappers, which is how he got his nickname. In September 2016, he formed a band alongside DJ Maachew called Major Behavior, which was the world’s first EDM tribute band, a tribute to Major Lazer. Ostrovsky has also written books including Money Pizza Respect and Ostrovsky J. in 2012, he appeared in a movie starring Mischa Barton and Ben Banks.
