Juan Magán is a Spanish singer, producer, remixer, and remixer born in Badalona, Spain on September 30, 1978. He is known internationally for his contributions to the Electro Latino genre. Magán became interested in music in 1994 and by 2006 he started the band Guajiros del Puerto. The group became popular with their hit “Veo Veo.” From 2007 to 2009 Magán formed the duet Magán & Rodrigues with Marcos Rodriguez. In 2009 they released their debut album titled Suave. Two of the singles from the album went double platinum and were played by many influential DJs around the world. In 2012 Magán released his debut solo album titled The King of Dance and has since released the album The King Is Back. He has also released one compilation album and three EPs. As a remixer, he has worked with a number of artists, including Michael Gray, Bob Sinclar, Ian Oliver, Jerry Ropero, E Smoove, Pier Bucci, INNA, Tara McDonald and more.
