Julia Chan is an actress born on 9th May 1983 in Cheshire, United Kingdom. She is widely recognized for playing Sophia in the independent psychological horror film “Silent House” in 2011. She started her career in 2009, playing Kate in the film “Twenty One”. Her television debut came in 2010 with the police drama series “Rookie Blue”. From 2011 to 2017, she starred in the supernatural medical drama television series “Saving Hope”.
Julia also played Karen Becker in the comedy-drama series “Republic of Doyle” from 2010 to 2012. In 2015, she appeared in an episode of the superhero crime drama series “Gotham”. Two years later, she played Elaine in an episode of the sitcom “Schitt’s Creek”. From 2017 to 2018, she co-hosted the cooking competition “The Great Canadian Baking Show”.
