Julian McMahon is an Australian model and actor. The son of the former prime minister of Australia, Sir William McMahon, and a socialite Lady McMahon. Beginning a modelling career during his late teens, he moved onto acting in various commercials, and then moved on to star in the popular Australian soap Home and Away. He then worked on Charmed and the incredibly successful award winning Nip/Tuck as Christian Troy.
Most instantly recognisable from his work in the Fantastic Four series, he played Victor Von Doom in the 2005 film and the 2007 sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, where he worked alongside Jessica Alba and Chris Evans. His latest project was the Australian film Swinging Safari that released in early 2018.
