Julie Anne Robinson is a theatre and film director born on 8th August 1945 in the United Kingdom. She is widely known for her extensive career, directing some of the most popular theatrical plays, television shows, and films. She started her career in 2000 with the medical soap opera “Doctors”. Two years later, she directed the drama television series “Cutting It”. In 2004, she directed the musical drama series “Blackpool”.
From 2006 to 2009, she directed the medical drama television series “Grey’s Anatomy”, which starred Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh, Katherine Heigl, and Justin Chambers. In 2013, she directed an episode of the comedy family series “How to Live With Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life)”. That same year, she directed episodes in the series “Orange is the New Black”, “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”, and “Masters of Sex”.
