Kapil Sharma Bio

Kapil Sharma is an actor, comedian, and television presenter born on 2nd April 1981 in Amritsar, Punjab, India. He started his career as a contestant in 2006 with the television series "Hasde Hasande Ravo”. The following year, he participated in the reality stand-up comedy series “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge”. In 2008, he was the host of the comedy show “Chhote Miyan”. From 2008 to 2009, he was a contestant in the reality competition series “Laughter Knights”.

Sharma made his film debut in 2010, playing the role of Thakur’s son in the film “Bhavnao Ko Samjho”. In 2015, he appeared as himself in the dance film “ABCD 2”. That same year, he played Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon” as Kumar Shiv Ram Kishan. In 2017, he portrayed Manga in the historical drama film “Firangi”. The following year, he made a special appearance in the film “Son of Manjeet Singh”. In 2020, he portrayed Pyaare in the comedy-drama film "It's My Life".
