Karen Harding is a singer and songwriter born on 18th November 1991 in Consett, County Durham, England. She is widely recognized for participating in Eurovision: Your Country Needs You. She also contested in the 10th series of The X Factor but was eliminated before reaching the finals. She signed with the record label Method Records. She released her first single, titled “Say Something,” in January 2015. The single made it to the UK Single Chart and ranked number seven. It also achieved platinum status and remained on the official charts for 26 weeks.
Harding has worked with different songwriters and producers such as Rodney Jerkins, Richard Stannard, Tom Aspaul, and Mark J. She has performed in numerous festivals, including Ibiza Rocks, Manchester Pride, Lovebox, and Birmingham Pride. She gets inspiration from top female artists like Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, and Whitney Houston. In May 2016, she sang the English national anthem at the FA Cup Final.
