Karmin Bio
Karmin is the project name of singer and rapper Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan. They met at Boston’s Berklee College of Music, but didn’t collaborate until years later, when they released “Inside Out” in 2010. They also began a YouTube channel that made them internet sensations for their Top 40 covers.
In April 2011, they were noticed for covers of musicians like Nicki Minaj. Their original song “Take It Away” was commercially used and it led to Epic Records signing with them. In 2014, they released “Pulses”, went on tour, and then became independent artists. Their second album was called, “Leo Rising” and released in 2016.
