Kasperi Kapanen Bio
Samu Kasperi Kapanen, better known as Kasperi Kapanen, is a Finnish professional ice hockey player who plays as a right-wing in the National Hockey League. He was born in Kuopio, Finland, on July 23, 1996. Kasperi began his hockey career when he joined the Finnish team KalPa, and he transferred to the National Hockey League in 2014 when he was selected by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL Draft. He has since represented the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Marlies, and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, and throughout his time in Toronto, Kasperin played alongside Ilya Mikheyev, Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, and Morgan Riley. Kasperi has represented the Finnish national hockey team from the under seventeens to the senior team.
