Kathryn Aselton, better known as Katie Aselton, is an American actress, director, and producer best known for her work in film and television. She was born in Milbridge, Maine, United States, on October 1, 1978. Katie began her acting career in 2001 with an appearance in the TV series Undressed. She has since been a regular on the TV series Legion, Casual, Animals, and Togetherness, but she is best known for starring in the comedy-sports series The League alongside Jonathan Lajoie, Nick Kroll, Stephen Rannazzisi, Nadine Velazquez, and Jason Mantzoukas. Her filmography includes Book Club, The Gift, Father Figures, The Unholy, and Cyrus.
