Kavita Kaushik Bio

Kavita Kaushik (born February 15, 1961 in Delhi, India) is an actress, most renowned for her role in F.I.R. (2006), Mindo Taseeldarni (2019) and Vadhayiyaan Ji Vadhayiyaan (2018).

Kavita began her career as host and anchor through college events. In 2001, she attended an audition in New Delhi and secured the role for the TV serial Kutumb. She also appeared as Manya Doshi in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and featured in the famous TV serial CID as Sub Inspector Anushka.

In 2005, Kavita participated in dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She also appeared as a contestant on Bigg Boss 14. In 2006, she gained even more popularity for appearing on the SAB TV sitcom F.I.R. as Inspector Chandramukhi Chautala. She also won several awards from acting in the serial including, Indian Television Academy Awards, Gold Award, and Indian Telly Awards.
