Kehlani Bio
Kehlani, born Kehlani Ashley Parrish on April the 24th 1995 in California, is an American dancer, singer and songwriter. With a career that began in 2009 with the teen group Poplyfe, coming to fame with their time on America’s Got Talent, finishing in fourth place in the competition.
As a solo artist, Kehlani dropped her first mixtape Cloud 19 in 2014, the unique hip hop sound drew her into the public eye and she followed this p with her second mixtape You Should Be Here, the mixtape charted high and she was nominated for a Grammy Award for her work. Her debut studio album SweerSexySavage was released on January 27th 2017 to critical success. The artist has also contributed hits such as Gangsta and Good Life to the films Suicide Squad and The Fate of the Furious.
