Ken Block Bio
Kenneth Block is an American athlete, a professional rally driver, and a successful businessman. Ken started his National Rallying career in 2005 with the Vermont SportsCar team. In this season Ken ended up in the Group A class by becoming 4th in Rally America National Championship. Ken also got the Rookie of the Year Award. In 2006, Ken finished the championship in 2nd position. All the while Ken was running DC Shoes, a sports supply company that he founded in a garage in 1994. Ken filmed a viral video, ‘Gymkhana 2’ in 2009. With this video making millions of views, the sales of DC Shoes also skyrocketed. In 2010 Ken left his old sponsors and got sponsored by Pirelli and Castrol. Ken sold his ownership of DC Shoes and got involved with Hoonigan Industries, an apparel brand for auto collectors. Currently, Ken Block works as Head Hoonigan In Charge at the company.
