Kenny Muney is an American rapper and musical artist who hails from South Memphis. His interest in music started at an early age and he began to rap when he was 15 with influences from artists like Boosie Badazz, Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne and others. His standout aggressive aesthetic with a rhythmic flow sets him apart and has made him one of the most popular artists on various digital platforms. In the later part of 2010, he began to self-release mixtapes and singles digitally. The track, ‘Don’t Know Me’ grabbed the attention of Atlantic records who signed him on. He released ‘Testimony’ and ‘Baby G.O.A.T’ under the label. These albums featured fellow artists from Memphis such as Tay Keith and BlocBoy JB. In 2020, he released ‘Leave Some Day’ which was a reflective narration of his life. Kenny is known in the industry for being very open to collaborations which have led to successful albums and sold-out shows.
