From Utrecht, The Netherlands, Kensington, a rock band was founded in 2005. Their debut album, Borders was released in 2010 after their success from their EP, Youth. The members are, Eloi Yussef on vocals, guitar & keys, Casper Starreveld on guitar, vocals & keys, Jan Haker on Bass, keys & backing vocals, Niles Vandenberg on drums ( after the original drummer, Lucas Lenselink left the band in 2007).
The band performed at the Eurosonic / Noorderslag festival in 2011, and haven’t stopped their success since, they have appeared on the prime-time talk show, De Wereld Draait Door, sold-out venues such as Rotown, Paradiso, and Tivoli, and had a concert review done by 3VOOR12, an online music magazine where “international standards” were claimed. Their single, Let Go, was crowned a 3FM Megahit from a large Dutch radio station, Radio 3FM - all of these achievements were made before the release of their second album in 2012, Vultures.
