Kevin Morby is an American indie rock songwriter born in 1988 in Lubbock, Texas. After relocating to Brooklyn, New York, Morby released two albums as The Babies, a duo with Vivian Girls’ Cassie Ramone, and Justin Sullivan. Featuring Sullivan and Rob Barbato, the artist released his debut album in 2013, titled “Harlem River”. A record deal with the label Woodsist ensued, and in 2014 Morby moved to Los Angeles and released his second LP “Still Life.” In 2016 the artist released “Singing Saw”, with the collaboration of Marco Benevento and John Andrews from Quilt. After releasing two more full-length albums titled “City Music” (2017) and “Oh My God” (2019), Morby issued “Sundowner” in 2020, featuring the talent of Katie Crutchfield from Waxahatchee.
