Khalil Everage (born January 6, 2001 in South Side, Chicago, Illinois, United States) is an American actor most renowned for his role as Chris on the Netflix series, Cobra Kai from creators Jon Hurwitz & Hayden Schlossberg. He is also known for Lena Waithe's critically acclaimed Showtime series THE CHI where he’s been seen in Season 2.
Everage started his career as an actor in 2018. He made his debut in the short film Karma. He gained more popularity in 2019 when he landed the recurring role of Chris on the YouTube based series Cobra Kai.
Everage made his feature film debut as the co-lead opposite Anthony Anderson in the Netflix Original BEATS released in June 2019. BEATS was directed by Chris Robinson and produced by Robert Teitel. The movie led him right to his first red carpet premiere at the American Black Film Festival in Miami Beach the same month.
Everage has worked alongside famous acts including Uzo Aduba, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Paul Walter Hauser, and hip-hop artists Dave East and Dreezy.
