Khem Birch is a Canadian professional basketball player born on September 28, 1992 in Montreal, Quebec. In 2010, he played for Canada’s U-18 National Team at the FIBA Americas Under-18 Championship and he was able to score a bronze medal. In 2011, he was selected for the McDonald’s All-American Game and by 2014, he had been chosen for Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA G League. He then played for Uşak Sportif in the 2015-2016 season. After 32 games with the said team, he moved on to the Greek team Olympiacos. When 2017 rolled in, however, he decided to drop the team in favor of getting into the NBA. In July 2017, he signed a contract with Orlando Magic, and he has been with them ever since. Aside from his stint at NBA, Birch is also part of the Canadian Men’s National Basketball Team.
