MC, producer, and songwriter Kid Ink (born Brian Todd Collins) rose to fame from the release of a string of mixtapes from 2010-2011. Formerly known as Rockstar, the impressive mixtapes generated positive buzz in the hip-hop community, and XXL Magazine joined his name with the likes of Macklemore and Danny Brown in the compilation of their Freshman Class Feature of 2012. Up & Away, his debut studio album, was released in 2012 and debuted at No. 20 on the US Billboard 200. An EP entitled, Almost Home, featured French Montana, A$AP Ferg, Wale, and Meek Mill. His third studio release, Full Speed, features Usher and Tinashe, and peaked at No. 14 on the US Billboard 200 album chart. Ink is best-known for his 2013 triple platinum hit with Chris Brown hit, ‘Show Me.’
