Kim Basinger Bio
Kim Basinger was born in Athens, Georgia, U.S. on December 8th, 1953. Her mother was a dancer, her father was a musician, and Kim was introduced to the fine arts early on. She began dancing early in her childhood, and appeared in many beauty pageants as a teenager. Her acting debut was in 1981’s Hard Country, but it was her role as Lynn Bracken in L.A. Confidential which would prove to be her big break. For her portrayal, she won a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Kim Basinger can also be seen in Batman, 8 Mile, Cellular, 50 Shades Darker, Wayne’s World 2, and Final Analysis.
