The American YouTuber Kip Kedersha, better known online as kipkay, was born on December 12, 1957. He is most known for his intriguing videos on hacking and re-engineering common home products. Kipkay had no prior scientific training outside the required collegiate science courses. Kipkay publishes how-to movies showing how anyone can modify everyday objects like cassette tapes and cheap flashlights to give them extra strength or use. Currently, Kipkay has his own programme on YouTube TV, a service made available by Road Runner Cable. His online television series of instructional videos debuted on August 12, 2007. As of 2008, Kip Kedersha was the highest-earning Metacafe member. In the same year, he was interviewed by WJR Radios, and his interview was broadcasted on the show Videomaker. Kay made an appearance on the DIY Network TV programmes Home Theatre Garage and Garage Mahal. The television programme Brink has aired several of his recordings.
