Kirstie Alley is an actress born on 12th January 1951 in Wichita, Kansas, United States. She is widely recognized for playing Rebecca Howe in the sitcom series “Cheers” from 1987 to 1993, for which she received a nomination for an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. In the 1980s and 1990s, Alley featured in a number of films, including “Shoot to Kill” in 1988, “Look Who’s Talking” in 1989, “Madhouse” in 1990, “Village of the Damned” in 1995, “Deconstructing Harry” in 1997, and “Drop Dead Gorgeous” in 1999.
In 1994, Alley won her Emmy Award for her role in the drama film “David’s Mother”. In 1997, she received another Emmy Award nomination for her role in the drama series “The Last Done”. She went on to appear in the reality television series “Kirstie Alley’s Big Life” in 2010 and competed in season 12 of the series “Dancing with the Dances'' in 2011. She was cast in the comedy television series “Scream Queens” in 2016 and contested in the 22nd series of the reality show “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2018.
