Amar Koomz, also known simply as Koomz after his YouTube channel, is a British rapper, songwriter, and YouTube comedian born in Brixton, London in 1999. The artist started uploading content on the video streaming platform in 2016, starting with humorous, prank, and social experiment videos like “Extreme Bullying In LONDON (Social Experiment)." His musical career began in 2016, with standalone singles released in collaboration with artists like Blacks, DCSNM, VanBanter, and Dylan. In 2017 he released his first solo single titled "Ain't No 22 & 23," and associated with producers MunRoe, Wauve, and CashMoney AP. Koomz got his breakthrough in 2018 with the single “Mariah,” reaching more than 10 million views in a short time. As a comedy act, Koomz has impersonated YouTuber FaZe Rain.
