Kyle Falconer, born Kyle Francis Falconer on June 6, 1987 in Dundee, Scotland, is a singer-songwriter. While in high school, he formed a band with his pals Pete Reilly, Kieren Webster, and Steven Morrison. This quartet would become The View, and in 2005, they signed a recording contract with 1965 Records. In 2007, they took Scotland by storm when they released their debut album, Hats Off To Buskers. The said album immediately topped the country’s albums charts, and was able to yield a number of hits, one of which was Same Jeans. Since then, they have maintained a solid fan base in Scotland. After a stint as an opener for Liam Gallagher, he released his first solo effort entitled No Thank You in 2018.
