American football defensive end Lawrence Collier Jr. currently plays for the Seattle Seahawks, who is a member of the National Football League. It was on September 12th, 1995 in the town of Munday, Texas that he was born. After spending four years playing collegiate football at TCU, the Seattle Seahawks selected him in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. In his last year of eligibility for the Horned Frogs in 2018, Collier was given the chance to break into the starting lineup. As a result of his efforts, he was named to the First Team All-Big 12 and finished his college career with a sack in TCU's win against California in the Cheez-It Bowl. He finished his career with a total of 6.0 sacks, 11.5 tackles for loss, and 4 pass break-ups. After completing his senior season at TCU, Collier received his diploma and was asked to play in the 2019 Senior Bowl.
