Lail Arad is a singer who was born in Greater London, United Kingdom in November 22, 1983. In 2011, she released her debut album Someone New. Her sophomore album, The Onion, which was released in 2016 under The Vinyl Factory, released radio play from BBC’s Lauren Laverne and Jarvis Cocker, and Radio X’s John Kennedy. Arad received the Women Make Music funding in 2016 from the PRS Foundation. Some of the singles she released include “Over My head,” “If I Had It Harder,” and “Everyone is Moving to Berlin.” She collaborated with JF Robitaille who hails from Montreal in 2017 and they released the single “We Got it Coming.” This project led to more collaborations and they have been releasing several tracks as a duo. Among their popular works include “Heathrow.”
