Lake Bell is an American actor and writer who was born on March 24, 1979 in the city of New York in the United States of America. She made her acting debut in the film Speakeasy, which was released in 2002. The humorous actress who shot to fame thanks to her appearances in the television shows Boston Legal and How to Make It in America. She also had a role in the film What Happens in Vegas, which was released in 2008. She wrote the screenplay as well as directed the short film "Worst Enemy," which won an award at the Sundance Film Festival. In addition, she appeared as a supporting actor with Ashton Kutcher in the romantic comedy No Strings Attached, which was released in 2011.
