Laura Whitmore Bio
Laura Whitmore is an Irish TV presenter and actress born in Bray in 1985. She studied journalism at Dublin City University, and in 2008 she became a presenter for MTV News Europe after winning the “Pick Me MTV” contest. From 2011 to 2016 she hosted “I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW!” for the ITV network. Whitmore has also presented award shows like “The BRITs Backstage” from 2012 to 2015, alongside Keith Lemon, Rizzle Kicks, Rickie Haywood Williams, and Melvin Odoom. In 2015 she left her regular position at MTV and joined the cast of “Strictly Come Dancing” as a dancing contestant. As a model, she has appeared on the cover of FHM magazine, and has been featured on talk shows like “Saturday Night with Miriam.”
