Lauren Jenkins, an Americana singer-songwriter, has been performing since she was 15 years old.
The Texas-born, Carolina-raised performer picked a life that would fit well in the songs she writes: music has been her one continuous companion through numerous smokey bars, phony IDs, and endless hours on the road.
She was named an Artist to Watch by the New York Times, Billboard, Rolling Stone, Pandora, and many other publications, and she was also named a member of the "Class of 2019" by prominent radio DJ Bobby Bones, and she made her TODAY Show debut as Elvis Duran's Artist of the Month.
Lauren, a talented actress, and director wrote, produced, and featured in an original short film titled 'Running Out of Road,' which preceded the premiere of her debut feature picturfoun.
