Lauryn Shannon Bio
Lauryn Shannon, who was also born under the name Lauryn Thompson, is a well-known reality television star from the United States. She was born on June 7, 2000 in Georgia, and spent her childhood in the Georgia town of McIntyre, a more rural part of the state. She is the older sister of Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, who rose to fame on the television show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, which airs on TLC. Pumpkin is her nickname. In May of 2018, Lauryn wed the man who would later become her husband, Joshua B. Efird, and in December of that same year, the couple became parents to a daughter named Ella. Lauryn is well-known for her roles in shows such as Mama June: From Not to Hot (2017), Swamp Mama (2012), and Alana Thompson: Movin' Up! (featuring Adam Barta and Lauryn Shannon).
