Layton Greene is an American singer and social media influencer born in East St. Louis, Illinois on December 4, 1998. Greene had a love for music from a young age and sang as a hobby. At 18 years old she became more serious about her music career and started filming covers and posting them on social media. She became well known in 2017 when her cover of Kodak Black’s song “Roll in Peace” went viral. After the success of the cover she began working with the producer G-Styles to record a more professional version of her remix. The song reached number 12 on the Hot R&B Songs chart. That same year she released her second track “Fed Up Remix”, that was a remix of Derez De’Shon’s song “Fed Up.” She has a large following on Instagram with over 600k followers.
