Charles Naffah (known by his online moniker Lazare Hoche) is a French DJ and singer-songwriter who was born in 1989 in Paris, France. He was born into a French-Lebanese family with a music background. His brother is a composer, his sister a harpist and he also has a cousin who is a singer/songwriter in Lebanon.
Charles is the founder of Lazare Hoche Records. He was originally from the Paris suburbs and then he went to the famous engineering school Conservatoire National Des Arts et Métiers. He later moved on to pursue a career as an artist, mixing for various creative outlets. He also launched his own fashion brand, named Access. He intertwines music, fashion design, and photography.
Some of his EPs include 2012’s LH Edits (featuring Martin Hayes) and I Don’t Sync So Part #1 (featuring Malin Genie), 2014’s Formes EP (featuring Malin Genie) and 2018’s Seascape (featuring Traumer).
