Le Youth Bio
Le Youth is a DJ and music producer born in 1985 in Toledo, Ohio, United States. He is widely recognized for his unique music style, which blends 90s house music and R&B. He hosted a monthly radio show known as Le Youth’s Friday Night House part on the Global-owned radio Capital Xtra. He grew up in Ohio, but he currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
Le Youth became popular when his song “Cool” received more than 200,000 plays on SoundCloud quickly. The song featured a sample from Cassie Ventura’s song “Me & U.” After being picked up by the label Ultra Records, the EP was officially released on 2nd July 2013. This was followed by the release of its music video on 9th April 2013. In the same year, BBC Radio 1 selected it as the Record of the Week.
