Leon Vynehall is a DJ and electronic music producer from Pembury, Kent, England. He started his musical career by becoming a resident DJ at famous Brighton club Akaakaroar. He soon gained recognition for his work and interest from record labels. In 2014 he released his debut EP “Music for the Uninvited” through 3024 record label, which received very favorable reviews. In 2016, he released his second EP “Rojus” before releasing his debut full-length studio album “Nothing Is Still” through the label Ninja Tune. It is a conceptual album inspired by the emigration journey of Leon Vynehall’s grandparents from the U.K. to New York in a boat. The album was a huge success and it was broadcasted on stations like BBC Radio1 and Gilles Peterson’s WorldWide FM.
