Life of Agony is a rock band formed in 1989 in Brooklyn, New York. The members are Veronica Bellino, Mina Caputo, Alan Robert, and Joey Z. Caputo was originally credited as Keith Caputo.
The band’s debut album was called River Runs Red and released under Roadrunner Records. What followed in 1995 was the album Ugly followed by Soul Searching Sun in 1997.
Life of Agony disbanded in 1999. In 2003, the group had a reunion for two shows. This collaboration led to the release of a live album for River Runs Again. They also worked on Broken Valley and the resulting album was released under Epic Records.
The group announced their reunion and they played at the Alcatraz Hard Rock & Metal Festival in Belgium together. In 2017, the band issued their fifth album A Place Where There’s No More Pain.
