Rowland Powell, also known by his stage name Lil Duval, is an American Bahamian stand-up comedian, actor, and singer born in Jacksonville, Florida on June 12, 1997. Powell moved to Atlanta to pursue his comedy career and become a regular performer in the comedy scene, performing gigs at places like Uptown Comedy Corner. He released his first comedy DVD Dat Boy Funny in 2003 and released his second DVD Put Your Hands on Me in 2005. Powell has been in several films throughout his career including, Stomp the Yard 2: Homecoming, Meet the Blacks, Scary Movie 5, School Dance, and several others. He released his first single and music video in 2014 titled “Wat Dat Mouf Do?,” named after a frequent catchphrase he uses. In 2018 he released his second single “Smile (Living My Best Life)” that featured Snoop Dogg on the track. The single went on to reach number 56 on the Billboard Hot 100.
