Lil’ Kleine, also known as Jorik Scholten, is a Dutch rapper and actor born in Amsterdam in 1994. He made his acting debut in the 2005 Dutch film “Diep”, directed by Simone van Dusseldorp. In his teenage years, he started taking part in the hip hop group D-Men as a dancer and singer, and by 2012 he released “Tuig van de Richel”, his debut EP. In collaboration with Brownie Dutch and Ali B, Scholten released the cover single “Zo Verdomd Alleen” and his popularity rose in the Netherlands. After a collaboration with Bret, he signed with the label Top Notch and released “Verliefd Op Je Moeder” in 2013. In 2015 the single “Drank and Drugs” became a #1 hit in the Netherlands, as a collaboration with Ronnie Flex. This success prompted Kleine to work on a full-length album, issued in 2016 with the title “WOP!”.
