Livia Firth is a film producer and environmentalist born on 4th September 1969 in Rome, Italy. She is widely recognized as the wife of the English actor Colin Firth. From a young age, she wanted to pursue a career in films. She faced some resistance from her parents but managed to complete her studies in film. After graduating from college, she entered the film-making industry, where she worked as a producer for documentary films. In 2007, she launched Eco-Age, a consulting and creative agency specializing in promoting eco-friendly fashion products.
In 2009, she traveled to Bangladesh in support of green fashion. She was impressed by the various Fashion houses in Bangladesh that have taken the extra step to embrace eco-friendly fashion. She produced the documentary film “In Prison My Whole Life” with Marc Evans as the director. She launched “The Circle Initiative,” which consists of women who joined her in her visit to poor countries in Africa and Asia.
