Elizabeth Flores, popularly known as Liz Milian, is an Afro-American and Cuban reality show star and chef who was born on August 13, 1987, in Andrews Fields, Maryland. She is the youngest daughter of her family and she rose to fame when she appeared on the reality documentary series of her sister, the famous actress, and singer Christina Milian, titled “Christina Milian Turned Up” which followed the personal and professional life of the star along with her sisters and mother and was aired in 2015.
She is also a professional chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu Cooking Academy who documents her cooking journey on both Instagram and Tumblr social media platforms, where she goes by the nickname 'steal my meal'. On both platforms, she often shares pictures of her dishes and their recipes. She is known for her healthy foods and desserts, but she also prepares very appetizing beverages.
