Lo Bosworth Bio
Lauren Ogilvie Bosworth, popularly known as Lo Bosworth, is a former TV personality, digital influencer, and businesswoman born on September 29, 1986, in Laguna Beach, California, USA. She is an alumna of the International Culinary Center and the University of California. She appeared on MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County in 2004 alongside Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, and Stephen Colletti.
Following the show's success, she was cast for the spin-off series, The Hill, alongside Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, and Whitney Port in Los Angeles, California. Her final appearance on the series was on May 31, 2009, at the wedding of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.
Lo launched a website, The Lo Down by Lo Bosworth, in 2010. Likewise, she published a book of the same name in January 2011. Her second book, Love Yourself Well: An Empowering Wellness Guide to Supporting Your Gut, Mind, and Vagina, will be on sale on December 27, 2022. She is the founder and CEO of Love Wellness (2016), a brand making products formulated with clean ingredients and guided by doctors for women.
