Low Island Bio
Low Island is a band from Oxford, UK. The band was formed in 2016 and its members include vocalist/guitarist Carlos Posada, bassist Jacob Lively, and drummer/percussionist Felix Higginbottom. The members had previously played in different bands and have evolved gradually as musicians over the years. They have so far released 4 EPs, which have been a huge success.
Their sound has been praised by musical enthusiasts and journalists who have highlighted some of their compositions in publications like The Times, NME, and The Independent. The band itself has been described by many as offering something unique that essentially bridges the gap between the bangers of Caribou and In Rainbow's electronic wizardry. Besides releasing several EPs, the band has also performed live shows and has collaborated with several artists in the music industry.
