Luis R Conriquez Bio
Luis R. Conriquez hails from Sonora, Mexico, and is a songwriter, performer, and recording artist. He recorded nearly 100 songs between 2018 and 2021, distributed between ten albums and a dozen singles, as a writer and singer of modern corridos and bandas.
Signed to Kartel Music, he released his debut album, Mis Incios, in 2018, which featured banda guests Los Minis de Caborca on "Mi Apodo El 50."
Poco Peros Locos, Aqui Seguimos de Pie, and the breakthrough Corridos, Vol. 2 were his three albums released in 2019. The latter, which was recorded in the studio, had 20 original songs that straddled genres while displaying his deft ability to compose in a modern language for unusual instrumentation like dueling lead guitars and fretless bass.
