Luka Doncic Bio
Luka Dončić is a basketball player that has played for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the national team of Slovenia, being born in Slovenia where he spends most of his life himself. He was born on 28 February 1999 in Ljubljana, Slovenia and was influenced to play basketball by his father who was a basketball coach and a former basketball player. He started playing basketball from the very early age of one, and by the age of seven, he took part in organized basketball games in his hometown. At the age of thirteen, Luka Dončić signed a five-year contract with Real Madrid, living in Madrid, Spain. He earned EuroLeague MVP and EuroLeague Final Four MVP award was named the ACB Most Valuable Player, ACB Best Young Player, and has won the EuroLeague Rising Star on multiple occasions. He helped the Slovenian national team win its first EuroBasket title in 2017. Luka Dončić has signed a rookie contract with the Dallas Mavericks of NBA in 2018.
