Lulu Santos Bio
Luis Mauricio Pragana dos Santos (who’s popularly known by his stage name Lulu Santos) is a Brazilian singer and guitarist who was born on May 4th 1953 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He was born and raised in Brazil. His father was a military man.
Lulu rose to fame as one of the most successful singers in Brazil known for his film soundtracks and texts on music. As a producer, he worked for Titãs (Televisão) and Premeditando o Breque (O Melhor dos Iguais). His debut full length album Tempos Modernos sold over 150,000 copies and was gold certified. His third full length Tudo Azul which was released in 1984 sold over 350,000 copies and was certified platinum while his 1995 release Eu e Meme, Meme e Eu sold over one million copies and was certified Diamond. Some of his recent singles include Orgulho e preconceito (2018), Também não sei de nada :D (2021 feat. Luisa Sonza) and Inocentes (2021 feat. Melim).
