Maceo Plex Bio
Maceo Plex is the screen name of Eric Estornel. He was born in Flower Mound, Texas on November 7, 1978. Aside from Maceo Plex, he also goes by the name Maetrik and Mariel Ito. Maceo Plex released the EP Clubs in 2009 and this was followed by more EPs in the succeeding years including Under the Sheets EP in 2011, Space Junk in 2012, In Excess in 2013, and Solitary Daze with Gabrial Ananda in 2014. In 2018, he released Mutant 1, Mutant 2, Mutant Robotics and Mutant Romance. Maceo Plex’s debut album, Life Index, dropped in 2011. This was followed by Journey to Solar released under Ellum Audio in 2016 and by Solar released under Lone Romantic in 2017. In 2019, he dropped Mutant Series.
