Madball is a hardcore band formed in New York in 1988. Madball consisted of Freddy Cricien, Hoya, John Lafata, Matt Henderson, Vinnie Stigma, and Will Shepler. It started as a side project for Agnostic Front. The band’s earliest version began playing live in 1989 after they released Ball of Destruction, their first single. By 1991 Madball hit their stride. They dropped a hit in Droppin’ Many Suckas and that helped them land the signature with Roadrunner in 1994. Madball participated in the N.Y.H.C documentary of 1995. They announced their disbandment in 2001 but later reformed in 2002. They began touring and recording in late 2002 and since then they released Best of Madball (2003), N.Y.H.C. EP (EP) (2004), Legacy (2005), and Infiltrate The System (2007).
