Maddie Zahm is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist born in the United States on March 7, 1998. She participated in the Season 16 of American Idol and auditioned in Los Angeles, singing New Rules by Dua Lipa. She uploads covers of songs like Adele's Water Under the Bridge, Ed Sheeran's Castle on the Hill, and Gnarls Barkley's Crazy on her YouTube channel.
She released her People Pleaser album with eleven songs on July 10, 2020. In 2022, she released the single, Fat Funny Friend. It gained traction online and amassed more than 28 million streams. Her first release with AWAL Recordings, You Might Not Like Her, was released in June 2022. Carlee Chappell and Rabbit co-wrote it. The song peaked at number four on iTunes Songs Chart.
Gus Black directed the video for the song. The pop singer will release her debut EP, You Might Not Like Her, in August 2022. The songs on it will be co-produced by Adam Yaron and her.
