Madhuri Dixit Nene Bio
Madhuri Dixit Nene, popular as Madhuri Dixit, is an actress, producer, and TV personality born on May 15, 1967, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She made her acting debut as a lead in the 1984 drama Abodh. Her role in Tezaab (1988) brought her into the limelight. She starred in top-grossing romantic dramas Dil (1990), Beta (1992), Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! (1994), and Dil To Pagal Hai (1997).
These roles earned her four Best Actress awards at the Filmfare Awards. She received the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Devdas (2002). She has received six Filmfare Awards from seventeen nominations. After a long break, she returned to acting in 2007, starring in the musical Aaja Nachle. Following the musical, she starred in Dedh Ishqiya (2014), Bucket List (2018), and Total Dhamaal (2019), her highest-grossing release. She was awarded Padma Shri in 2008.
Madhuri is the co-founder of the production company RnM Moving Pictures. The company produced the Marathi Netflix drama on 15 August. She has worked with UNICEF since 2014. She starred as the lead in the 2022 Netflix series The Fame Game.
