Mandy Capristo is a German singer who was born on March 21, 1990, in Mannheim, Germany. She started her music journey at the age of 4, when she began taking dancing and piano lessons. In 2001, she was part of the Kiddy Contest, based in Austria.
She was the founder and member of the pop trio Monrose, alongside Bahar Kýzýl and Senna Guemmour, who got together in 2006. The group got together through the casting show ‘Popstars’, where she got selected. The group released four albums, ‘Temptation’, ‘Hot Summer’, ‘Strictly Physical’, ‘I Am’, and ‘Ladylike’. Monrose stayed together until 2011 after which they mutually disbanded. However, Capristo’s career didn’t end with it. She continued with the release of her R&B, soul, and pop album ‘Grace’ in 2012, which peaked to #8 in the German album charts.
