Mannequin Pussy Bio
Mannequin Pussy is an American rock band that was formed in 2013 in New York City, New York, United States. The founding members of the band were childhood friends Marisa Dabice (vocalist and guitarist) and Thanasi Paul (guitarist).
The duo dropped their debut album Gypsy Pervert (also known as GP) in 2013. The album was reissued in 2014 and the duo hit the road touring in support of the album. The sophomore album Romantic appeared in October 2016 and was released by Tiny Engines. The duo also toured in support of it. Their third album Patience was released in 2019 with producer Will Yip. Some of the band’s most popular singles include Drunk II (2019) and Control (2021).
